PGM Solutions today announced the expansion of its Home Factors property intelligence platform with the addition of new standardized property risk scores designed to reflect modern residential infrastructure and evolving home configurations.
PGM Solutions and Nearmap today announced a new partnership that brings Home Factors unique data insights to the Betterview platform by Nearmap, giving insurers greater visibility into property risk by providing a unified view of both the interior and exterior of a home.
These additions bring the platform closer to its goal of offering over 100 property attributes, covering nearly 90% of U.S. homes.

PGM Solutions, a Porch Group company, today announced outstanding campaign results from its Home Factors property intelligence platform, which generated a 1,054% return on investment (ROI) for a regional home improvement brand.
The new home factors focus on one of the most critical areas of property damage, aiming to improve risk segmentation and underwriting precision.
